I was introduced to Jim through my nephew two years ago. We met socially and I liked him immediately. Six months later, i was injured at work, tearing my rotator cuff and separating my bicep from the bone. I contacted my employers insurance company,xxxxxxxxx, and I made a claim for long term disability, a premium that I had paid for a period of 16 years.
